VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT SUCCESSFUL TENDER AND AWARD OF CONTRACT

This announcement is made by Earthasia International Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) on a voluntary basis to keep the shareholders and potential investors of the Company informed of the latest business development of the Group.

The board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) is pleased to announce that Earthasia (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.*, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company which holds a category A of specific landscape engineering design qualification, has jointly tendered for a landscape architecture project in the PRC and successfully awarded the project set out below:

The Group is principally engaged in the provision of landscape architectural services in Hong Kong and the PRC, catering business in Italy and the PRC, and manufacturing and sales of graphene and related products in the PRC. The Board wishes to state that the actual contract value and total revenue may be different to this announcement as a result of any unexpected changes in the market environment and other conditions. No forecast or prediction of the profits of the Group has been made with regard to the tender in this announcement.
