Wheat port exemptions: Intention to exempt Port Kembla

GrainCorp has been notified by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) of its intention to exempt GrainCorp’s Port Kembla grain export terminal in New South Wales, under the Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat) Code of Conduct (the “Code”). The exemption will apply once the Quattro facility at Port Kembla is operational.
