("the Warsaw Stock Exchange","GPW", "the Exchange" or "the Company") announces that the GPWSupervisory Board acting pursuant to Article 368 § 4 of the Code ofCommercial Companies and Partnerships in conjunction with § 20.3 of theCompany's Articles of Association and article 27.1 of the Act Of 29 July2005 On Trading In Financial Instruments, in connection with theconducted qualification procedure, on 11 March 2025 adopted a resolution("Resolution") to appoint Ms Dominika Niewiadomska-Siniecka as Member ofthe Exchange Management Board, responsible for the legal and regulatoryarea.The Resolution come into force on the date of delivery toGPW of the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authorityapproving the change in the composition of the Exchange Management Boardunder the Resolution.According to the declaration submitted bythe newly appointed Management Board Member, she conduct no activitycompetitive to GPW, has no interest in a competitive company as partnerin a partnership or civil partnership or as member of a body of acapital company and has no interest in any other competitive legalentity as member of its bodies. Furthermore, the newly appointedManagement Board Member has a clean record in the Bad Debtor Registrymaintained under the Act on the National Court Register.The CVof the newly appointed Member of the Management Board is attached hereto.Legalbasis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
