The Resolution did notcome into force due to the lack of decision of the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority on its consent for the change on the GPWManagement Board, which was a condition of entry into force of thisResolution.Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and CommissionDirectives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/82/EC (EU Legal Journal L173) ("MAR").
