Current Report No. 22/2017Date: 14 March 2017Legal basis:Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodicinformationTopic: Polish Financial Supervision Authority approval ofchanges on the GPW Management BoardContent:In reference toCurrent Report No. 46/2016 of 16 December 2016 and Current Report No.2/2017 of 4 January 2017, the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Exchange", "GPW","Company") informs that today it has become aware that the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority at its meeting on 14 March 2017 approvedtwo changes on the Exchange Management Board:- on the appointment ofMr Jacek Fotek to the to the position of the Vice President of theExchange Management Board- and on the recalling of Ms MałgorzataZaleska, President of the Exchange Management Board, from the GPWManagement Board.Furthermore, the GPW informs that the abovementioned changes on the Exchange Management Board will take effect asof the date of delivery of the relevant decisions of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority to the Company.Legal basis: §5.1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securitiesand on conditions under which information required by legal regulationsof a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
