WOJCIECH NAGEL

He holds an MA from the University of Warsaw and a PhD in Economics from the University of Economics in Katowice.

In 1987-1990, Manager at the Development and Analysis Department of the Ministry of Industry. Member of the Management Board of Fundacja Polska (1990-1991). In 1991- 1994, he worked in the central government administration, including the Social Security Institution (ZUS), the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRON), and the Labour Office. Later with the publishing house Wydawnictwo Murator (CFO in 1995-1996) and the company Navigator Finance (CEO in 1996-1999). In 1999-2003, Vice President of the pension fund PTE Banku Handlowego w Warszawie. In 2008-2009, Advisor to the Chairperson of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for insurance and pension funds. In 2010-2012, Vice President of Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy. Since 2013 with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, initially as Compliance Officer, later as Chairman of the Supervisory Board (January-June 2016). Since 2016, he also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KDPW_CCP.
