Current Report No. 40/2016Date: 30 November 2016Topic: Changesin the composition of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory BoardLegalbasis: Article 56.1(2) of the Offering Act - current and periodicinformationContent:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW","Company", "Exchange") informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting ofthe GPW on 30 November 2016 dismissed the following members of theWarsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board from its composition:• MsEwa Sibrecht-Ośka• Mr Jacek Lewandowski• Mr AdamMiłoszThen, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Companyappointed the following persons to the Exchange Supervisory Board:•Mr Wojciech Nagel• Mr Wojciech Sawicki• Mr ŁukaszŚwierżewskiThe Company provides the CV of appointedSupervisory Board members as the attachment.According to thestatements provided by: Mr Wojciech Nagel, Mr Wojciech Sawicki and MrŁukasz Świerżewski, they do not perform in any form any activitiescompetitive to the GPW, they are not engaged in a competitive companiesas partners in a partnership or civil law partnership or members ofauthorities of a joint stock company, and they are not engaged in anyother competitive legal entity as members of its authority. Furthermore,according to the statements of the newly appointed members of theExchange Supervisory Board, they do not have records in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the National Court Register.Legalbasis: § 5.1 (21, 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which information required by legalregulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
