SUMMARY INDICATIVE ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CHANGES IN SHAREHOLDERS’ SHAREHOLDING OF THE COMPANY

The announcement is made by Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Today we have received the latest information from Anbang Insurance Group Co.,Ltd.(“ Anbang Grou p , the “ Information Disclosure Obligo rs”).

As at 31 December 2015, Anbang Group and its subsidiaries held an aggregate of 368,833,576 A Shares of the Company, representing 16.50% of the total A share capital of the Company and held an aggregate of 41,224,000 H Shares of the Company, which collectively held 410,057,576 shares of Company, representing 14.99% of the total share capital of the Company.
