GOGL - Mandatory Notification of Trade

Geir Karlsen (CFO of Golden Ocean Management AS) has extended a TRS agreement

that expired March 23, 2010.  The TRS agreement has exposure to 125,000

underlying shares in Golden Ocean Group Limited.  New expiry date is April 23,

2010, and new TRS price is NOK 11,40.
