SALE OF FORFEITED PARTLY PAID SHARES

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.12., Torian Resources NL advises that 3,686,216 forfeited shares were offered for sale by Public Auction at ASX Sydney on Tuesday, 22 April. All shares on offer, being a total of 3,686,216 shares, were sold at $0.003 per share to a single bidder.

Total funds raised from the Auction will be $11,058.65. No amounts are payable to the former holders of the forfeited shares.
