UPDATE ON INADVERTENT BREACH OF SECTION 606 OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

Torian has been notified of the completion of the sell down by the relevant parties so that together, with each of their associates, the parties have a voting power of less than 20% of Torian. Details of each of the parties and their holdings are set out below:
