for the twelve months ended 31 March 2000

The Board would like to disclose certain financial information which is extracted from the Circular and has not been previously disclosed. The Circular will be despatched on 16 June 2000.

Reference is made to the announcements of Pacific Challenge Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 27 April 2000 and 17 May 2000 (the "Announcements"). Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements unless the context requires otherwise.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to disclose the following financial information, which is extracted from the circular of the Company dated 16 June 2000 in relation to the Acquisition and the Change of Name (the "Circular"), and has not been previously disclosed by the Company:
