Notice Required Under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1
Godolphin Resources Limited (ASX: GRL) ( Company ) advises that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 15 November 2022, at 2.00PM (AEDT).
Accordingly, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations is Monday 26 September 2022.[1]
