Further to the Company announcement issued on 3 January 2014, the Company announces that at a Board of Directors meeting of the Company, it was unanimously resolved to inform Forgendo Limited ("Forgendo") that the Company has opted to exercise its option of converting into equity the interest free loan which the Company had made available to Forgendo way back in January 2014 and which was used by Forgendo in its participation in the share capital increase in Forthnet S.A.
