The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Board of Directors of the Company will shortly appoint a new Chief Executive Officer to replace Mr. Yiannos Michaelides, who will be vacating the position to pursue other opportunities on 30 March 2017. The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Michaelides for his positive contribution and loyal service and wishes him all the very best in his future endeavours.
The Company is currently involved in a search and selection process for the replacement of Mr. Michaelides and further information will be brought to the attention of the public shortly.
