Grant of Options

GlobalData plc announces that it has granted Bernard Cragg, Executive Chairman, 250,000 ordinary share options under the Company's unapproved employee share option scheme. The options are exercisable in two equal tranches of 50% on 31 January 2019 and 31 January 2021 at an exercise price of 0.0714p per ordinary share.
