On July 16, 2012, Global Payments Inc. (the “Company”) announced certain executive changes. Joseph Hyde will resign his position as President - International effective August 1, 2012. Morgan Schuessler, currently the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, will be assuming the position of President - International as of August 1, 2012.
