APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

Global Masters Fund Limited advises Shareholders that, with effect from 11 March 2021, Angela Obree has been appointed as an Alternate Director to Patrick Corrigan AM.
As part of the long-term succession plan of the Board, it is important to have high quality people observing at the Board level and who can build an understanding of the strategy and operations of the Company.
Angela Obree is a highly experienced negotiation expert and commercial mediator. She has served as a member on the Board of Trustees of Accenture Pension Fund and worked at other large corporates globally.
