(c) Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

On March 26, 2026, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Global Interactive Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Taehoon Kim as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective as of March 26, 2026.

Mr. Kim has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company since February 2024. There are no changes to his compensation in connection with this appointment.

There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Kim and any other persons pursuant to which he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer. There are no family relationships between Mr. Kim and any director or executive officer of the Company, and there are no transactions involving Mr. Kim requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
