Rural Broadband Solutions Plc (AQSE: RBBS), the group which seeks to invest in the developing market for rural broadband, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Mainstream Fund Services (IOM) Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JB, British Isles on Wednesday 25 August 2021 at 10 a.m.
