AWARDS UNDER THE GLENVEAGH PROPERTIES PLC LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN
6 April 2021
On 1 April 2021, awards, as set out below, were granted under the Glenveagh Properties plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
These 2021 LTIP awards are subject to TSR for 50% of the award and earnings per share (EPS) targets for the other 50%. The TSR targets are set out in our 2020 Remuneration Report and we said we would disclose the EPS targets at the time the 2021 LTIP awards were granted. However, given the continued volatility and lack of visibility to longer term performance due to COVID-19, the Remuneration Committee has agreed to defer finalising the EPS target range until no later than six months following the grant of the 2021 awards when it should have better visibility of longer-term financial performance. The EPS target range will be disclosed to the market at the time it is finalised.
