PDMR Shareholding
The Company has previously announced that Mr. Steven Kalmin, CFO and a PDMR, was granted an award of 181,627 ordinary shares in the Company (the Award Shares) under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan in lieu of a cash bonus of GBP 700,000 awarded to him in respect of the 2012 financial year.
Pursuant to the Company's obligations under UK FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Glencore plc notifies that the final 60,542 Award Shares have vested today.
