Retirement of Non-Executive Director - Peter Grauer
The Company announces the retirement from the Board today of Peter Grauer as a Non-Executive Director.
Tony Hayward, Chairman, commented:
"On behalf of the Board I should like to thank Peter for his five years of service as a Director. Peter has been a dedicated and collegial member of the Board who has demonstrated his strong commitment to the Company throughout his time as a Director."
