HANNELE ANONEN APPOINTED AS GLASTON’S SVP PEOPLE AND CULTURE

Glaston has appointed Hannele Anonen (49) as SVP People and Culture and a member
of the Executive Management Group. She will take up her position on 1 August
2021 and will report to President & CEO Anders Dahlblom.

Anonen joins Glaston from Rexel Group, where she has served in various Human
Resources management positions in the country and corporate organizations. She
started at Elektroskandia in 2002 and moved to Rexel Group in 2008 along with
the Elektroskandia acquisition. Anonen has nearly 20 years of strong experience
in HR, communications and development positions.

Taina Tirkkonen, the company’s current General Counsel and SVP Human Resources,
will continue as the company’s General Counsel and a member of the Executive
Management Group.

On 15 January 2021, Glaston announced an appointment to this same SVP People and
Culture position. This appointment will not come into effect, however.
