Schöneck, 31. January 2013, Now that the outline business figures for
fiscal 2012 are available, the Management Board at GK SOFTWARE AG would
like to make the following announcement: Sales at GK SOFTWARE AG will
probably add up to a figure of approx. EUR 30 - 31 million; this estimate
does not take into account the AWEK Group, which was acquired in December.
There are reasons for this: Projects that were expected in 2012 were
postponed; and the company only gained new customers at a later time than
had been planned. Even though several projects were gained shortly before
the end of the year, it was no longer possible to reverse the general
trend. Hence, some of the risks for revenue and EBIT already outlined in
November for the fourth quarter, have actually materialized.
