Dear Sir/Madam,

KMN CAPITAL LTD.

Deletion of the Company's Securities at the end of 48 months from the date on which they ceased to be traded on the main list

In accordance with the provisions of the Fourth part of TASE's Rules, a security shall be delisted from trade if 48 months have passed from the date on which it ceased to be traded in the main list, and the conditions for renewal of trade on the main list have not been fulfilled. The Company's shares ceased to be traded on the main list on December 12, 2017. Therefore, if the conditions for renewal of trade have not been fulfilled by December 11, 2021, the company's shares will be de-listed from trade on December 14. 2021.

In this case, the last trading day in the company's shares will be on December 13, 2021 in the framework of the maintenance list.
