Grant of Share Options

Getech (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, makes the following announcement concerning a Grant of Options.

Grant of Options

On 6 May 2025, Getech granted share options in respect of a total of 9,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company to the executive team, senior leadership team and all staff under the approved share option scheme (the "Options").

The Options include the following awards to directors and PDMRs:

The Options all have the following terms:

·      The Option exercise price of 0.25p, the nominal value of the shares

·      The Option term is 3 years

·      35% will vest annually in 3 equal tranches,

·      The remaining 65% will vest subject to achievement of key metrics related to the Company's share price and financial performance during the period.

Alongside the grant of the Options, 5,850,000 of the previously awarded employee share options granted on 07 February 2024, have been cancelled. Accordingly, the Company will have a total of 9,848,912 share options in issue, representing 6.46% of the Company's total issued share capital.
