The Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held on 23 June 2022, all resolutions were duly passed.

The Board notes that of the votes cast there was a minority who voted against Resolution 9. In accordance with the QCA Corporate Governance Code, the Board will engage with these shareholders to understand their views.
