Generix Group and Aurea, Inc. enter into exclusive negotiations relating to the acquisition by Aurea of the ERP GCE business (Generix Collaborative Enterprise)
Paris, 17 January 2013 - Generix Group, collaborative software vendor for Retail ecosystem, announces today that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Aurea, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, relating to the acquisition by Aurea of the ERP GCE business (Generix Collaborative Enterprise).
Generix Group announces this Friday January 17, 2014 that it has conferred an exclusivity on negotiations to the American Company Aurea, Inc, relating to the acquisition of the ERP GCE business (Generix Collaborative Enterprise).
Generix and Aurea intend to finalize their discussions in the coming weeks, subject to an agreement on the legal documentation and the consultation of the employee representatives as required under applicable laws.
