This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated May 26, 2026 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 29, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
We wish to inform you that the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 could not be considered and approved by the Board at its meeting held on May 29, 2026.
The Company is in the process of convening a Board Meeting at the earliest for consideration and approval of the said financial results. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges separately in due course.
Further, as intimated earlier, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results.
