I hereby consent to the public filing by the Company of a technical report (the “Technical Report”) dated March 3, 2021 titled “Feasibility Study – Marathon Palladium and Copper Project, Northwestern Ontario, Canada”, with all of the regulatory authorities having jurisdiction and publicly with the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR); and to the written disclosure of the Technical Report and extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in written disclosure filed or being filed by the Company.

I, Craig Hall, have read the written disclosure filed by the Company in its news release dated March 3, 2021 entitled “Generation Mining Delivers Positive Feasibility Study for Marathon Palladium-Copper Project” and it fairly and accurately represents the information in the Technical Report that supports this disclosure insofar as my contribution is concerned.
