We refer to the prospectus supplement dated January 9, 2026 (the “Prospectus Supplement”), together with the short form base shelf prospectus of the Company dated May 31, 2024, relating to the qualification for distribution of 41,670,000 units of the Company filed by the Company under the securities legislation, regulations, rules and policies of each of the provinces of Canada except Québec.

We consent to being named and to the incorporation by reference, in the above-mentioned Prospectus Supplement, of our independent auditor’s report dated March 31, 2025 to the shareholders of Generation Mining Limited on the following financial statements:

• Consolidated statements of financial position as at December 31, 2024 and 2023; and
