Change of share registry

Generation Development Group Limited (ASX:GDG) (“Company”) advises that as of Monday, 18 August 2025 the Company will change its provider for shareholder registry services from Boardroom Pty Limited (“Boardroom”) to Automic Pty Ltd (“Automic”).

Boardroom will cease to be the registry provider at close of business on Friday, 15 August 2025.
