VESTING AND LAPSE OF FY21 AND FY22 PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

Generation Development Group Limited (ASX: GDG) announces that 1,234,569 performance rights granted to eligible participants in FY21 have lapsed as the vesting conditions were not satisfied.

1,383,459 performance rights granted to eligible participants in FY22 have vested, which has resulted in the issue of 1,383,459 fully paid ordinary shares.

An Appendix 2A for the quotation of shares issued and an Appendix 3H for the cessation of performance rights follows.
