On September 6, 2007, General Mills, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a preliminary report of the Company’s financial performance for the fiscal quarter ended August 26, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
