On December 6, 2012, Edward A. LeBlanc informed Generac Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) that he is resigning as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. LeBlanc’s resignation is not the result of a disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
