Re: Immediate report

In continuation from the immediate reports by the Company from January 10, 2021¹ re the installation and deployment of the GenCell A5 off-grid solution (the "Solution") at an active communications station connected to the emergency communications system of the Icelandic telecom provider " Neyðarlínan Ohf" (the "Telecom Company"), and from May 20, 2021² re the success of the company to operate the solution for an entire month (720 hours) continuously and autonomously (the "Deployment"), the Company is honoured to announce that the Company continued to operate the Solution for an additional period, for a total duration of some 1,500 hours without interruption, and in so doing to become the first fuel cell in the world to run for so many working hours while extracting hydrogen from amonnia without external power (off grid) and to supply clean, affordable, green electricity throughout all hours of the day and in volatile weather conditions. In light of this, the Company and the Telecom Company reached an agreement stipulating that the two parties would carry out an additional trial of the Solution in this Arctic region in the extreme weather conditions during the winter months (November – January) (the "Additional Deployment"). Furthermore it was agreed that upon starting the Additional Deployment the two parties will negotiate purchase and deployment of the Solution at the Telecom Company's stations. In the estimation of the Company, the results of this deployment signify a substantial technological breakthrough for the Company and the continued deployment of the solution in the winter months as described in this report are expected to advance the Company in commercial processes with other telecom companies around the world.
