GBM Resources Limited (ASX: GBZ) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of GBM Resources Limited (‘GBZ’) will be halted at the request of GBZ, pending the release of an announcement by GBZ.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 9 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

GBM Resources Limited (ASX: GBZ) requests an immediate voluntary trading halt to the Company’s securities, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above or the opening of trade on ASX on 9 October 2025.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company will provide any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that the ASX asks for.
