Notification of Directors' Interests

GBG announces that Dave Wilson, Group Finance & Operations Director of the Company, and his wife have today notified the Company that on 16 August 2016 they respectively sold 54,133 and 49,999 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 303p per share. Following this notification, Mr. Wilson has a beneficial holding of 295,592 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.22% of the issued share capital.

The Company was also notified today that Richard Linford, Non-Executive Director of the Company sold 34,363 Ordinary Shares at a price of 303p per share on 16 August 2016. Following this notification, Mr. Linford has a beneficial holding of 270,183 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.20% of the issued share capital.
