Notification of Director's Interest

GBGroup announces that it was notified on 11 December 2014 that David Rasche, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 49,996 shares to members of his family, and purchased on that day 40,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence of the Company at a price of 148 pence per share.  Following this notification, Mr Rasche has a beneficial holding of 746,095 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.62% of the issued share capital.
