Notification of Director's Interest

GBGroup announces that Dave Wilson, Group Finance Director of GB Group, has today notified the Company that he has exercised an option over a total of 88,836 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 25.75p per share.  This option was awarded to him under the rules of the Group's Executive Share Option Scheme in July 2010.

Mr Wilson has also notified the Company today that he has sold 45,000 Ordinary Shares of that option at a price of £1.37 per Share to cover the exercise costs incurred and tax liabilities arising in respect of the exercise of the option.  In addition, his wife also sold at the same time 20,000 Ordinary Shares at £1.37 per share. 

Following this notification, Mr Wilson continues to have:

·     a beneficial holding of 286,689 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.26% of the issued share capital of the Company); and

·     options over a maximum of 1,186,463 Ordinary Shares .
