GB Group announces that it was notified on 30 January 2013 that David Rasche, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased on that day 25,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90 pence per share.  Following this notification, Mr Rasche has a beneficial holding of 647,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.60% of the issued share capital of the Company.
