Director Resignation

The Company announces that Rudi Kindts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Board of the Company with effect from 31 July 2017.  Rudi will step down as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee (with Non-Executive Director, Richard Bradford taking over) and as a member of its Nomination Committee at the end of June. 

Patrick Shanley, Chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Rudi on behalf of the Board for his valuable contribution to the Company since his appointment in March 2012 and wish him well for the future."
