Issue of Equity
Further to the announcement dated 3 March 2021, certain of the vendors of Mission Labs have reinvested £2,846,186.27 in Gamma (approximately 10% of their consideration received from the sale of Mission Labs to Gamma), by way of a subscription for 182,086 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company. Accordingly, the Company has applied for admission of these new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 6 April 2021.
The Company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of 95,598,457 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each with one voting right per share. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
