Directors Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that on 31 March 2016, Andrew Stone, a non-executive Director of the Company sold 1,150,000 shares in the Company representing 1.3% of the issued share capital of the Company. He has a resultant holding of 2,500,000 shares representing 2.7% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares were sold at 410p per share.
