The Company has been informed that on 15 August 2025, Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 104 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at a price of £156.61 per share.
