I, Raj Goenka, belonging to the promoter group of M/s. GAMCO LIMITED ("Target Company") have acquired 12395 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each ("Equity Shares") of the Target Company, through open market transaction from 03.06.2026 to 04.06.2026 resulting to total of 1200426 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each i.e. 2.22% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Target Company.
