Director Share Purchases

Galileo announces that on 10 March 2015, Colin Bird, Chairman & CEO, purchased 985,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 2.02p per share. As a result of this share purchase Colin Bird is now interested in 43,185,000 Ordinary Shares representing 34.69% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

In addition, Andrew Sarosi, Executive Director, has today purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.23p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this share purchase Andrew Sarosi is now interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
