APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Credit Card DNA Security System (Holdings) Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Song Xiao Hai (“Mr. Song”) was appointed as an executive Director of the Company with effect from 15th March 2004.

Mr. Song is at present a director and deputy general manager of BCC International Investment Limited, a subsidiary of Beijing Capital Group.

The Company welcomes Mr. Song to join the Board and believes that his extensive experience will be beneficial to the expansion and development of the Company.
