Announcement of Resignation and Appointment of Directors
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Chung Hwa Development Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that, with effect from 13 June 2000, Mr. Kwok Ying Chuen has resigned as the Chairman of the Company and remains as an executive director of the Company, Mr. Cheung Yu Shum, Jenkin has resigned as the Deputy Chairman & managing director, and has become a non-executive director of the Company, Mr. Li Chi Yung has resigned as an executive director of the Company, Mr. Wong Kam Fu, Nelson was appointed as the Chairman and managing director of the Company, Mr. Law Wing Tak, Jack, Mr. Wah Wang Kei, Jackie and Mr. Chan Cheung Ming, Jacky were appointed as executive directors of the Company and Mr. Tam Wai Keung, Billy was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation for the valuable contributions of Mr. Li to the Company.
